Ian joined the practice in January 2019. Ian spent the previous 35 years as an Accountant in the Hospitality industry both at unit level and later in corporate office with 10 years spent in Africa, the Middle East and Ireland. Now working part-time Ian focuses on the Accounts side of the business but occasionally can be spotted Front of House in Edinburgh. When not ‘doing sums’ Ian is an avid, if slow, reader and a film buff who still likes to keep his hand in with Hospitality by sampling the delights of restaurants both near and far.
